At QuixCloth, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Return Request
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Inspection of Returned Items
After the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions.
Refunds
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned after the return window.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
