At QuixCloth, each item is printed just for you. We take pride in delivering quality products and transparent service. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

  • Made-to-order: Since our products are custom printed upon order, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After 1 hour, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.

πŸ” Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)

  • Delay caused by courier companies or natural circumstances


βœ… Refunds (If Applicable)

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item received

  • Major print or size error caused by us

To be eligible:

  • Email us at info@quixcloth.store within 7 days of delivery

  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a full refund or a free replacement.


⏱️ Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If you haven’t received it, please check with your bank before contacting us again.

  • First, check with neighbours or your local delivery office.
